Shipped within 3 business days from the order confirmation date.

Backordered Items
Shipped 2-3 weeks after the order confirmation date.

Made-to-Order Items
Shipped 3-4 weeks after the order confirmation date.
*Excludes weekends and holidays.

The shipping schedule varies for each product. Please check the estimated shipping date on the product page.
"In-Stock Items" are indicated as [In Stock] next to the size option.
If your cart contains both "In-Stock Items" and "Made-to-Order Items", please note that the items will be shipped together based on the later shipping date.

Shipping policy

Cases in which order cancellation is possible】
Most of our products are made-to-order products.
Basically, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
1. Cancellation is possible if the product is ordered or before production is started. (The standard date for cancellation is the same day as the order date, but we may start production immediately, so please contact us before canceling your order.)

Cases in which we can accept returns】
1. If there is a clear defect in the product within one week after delivery.
2. If the product arrives different from the ordered product due to our shipping error.
Cases in which cancellation and return are not possible

[Cases in which order cancellation is not possible]
1. If the order has already gone into production after payment has been made.

Cases in which returns are not possible】
1. If it has been over a week since the item arrived.
2. If the item is returned or exchanged at the customer's convenience.　
In case of return or exchange for the customer's own reason: ・Color is different from what you expected.
・Image is different from what you imagined.
・Size does not fit, etc.
