The shipping schedule varies for each product. Please check the estimated shipping date on the product page.
"In-Stock Items" are indicated as [In Stock] next to the size option.
If your cart contains both "In-Stock Items" and "Made-to-Order Items", please note that the items will be shipped together based on the later shipping date.
If the Product You Ordered is Sold Out
At our store, inventory is shared across multiple locations, and the system adjusts the stock levels accordingly.
However, due to timing discrepancies, there may be instances where the inventory count is not updated in time, leading to stockouts.
In such cases, we regret to inform you that only the out-of-stock items will be canceled from your order.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
In the Case of Made-to-Order Items
At the time of your order, there may be instances where the fabric or materials are out of stock.
If there is a delay in the arrival of the fabric or materials for the item in question, we will inform you of the revised shipping date.
If we are unable to obtain the necessary fabric or materials, we regret to inform you that only the affected items will be canceled from your order.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
Depending on the availability of materials, there may be slight variations in color and shape of different parts compared to the product photos.
Additionally, there may be changes to the fabric and design specifications.
For made-to-order items, we start production after receiving your order. Depending on your child's size,
custom sizing is also possible. Please inquire at the time of order.

The total payment amount is the sum of the product prices and the shipping fees.
For security reasons, we do not send credit card usage statements. They will be sent by your credit card company. Please check your statement.
We will inform you of the total payment amount via email after you place your order.
You cannot use a credit card with a name different from the customer's name.

This service allows you to make online payments with your Amazon ID and password.

DRESCCO uses the Express Mail Service (EMS) for shipping.
International shipping charges are automatically calculated based on EMS rates (weight, destination country/region) and you will be notified automatically at the time of ordering.
In areas where EMS delivery is difficult, EMS Premium is offered separately.
Please note that for EMS Premium delivery, the shipping fee will differ from the regular EMS rates, and we will inform you of the shipping cost via a separate email.
We also accept bundle shipping for additional orders.
Please request bundle shipping before your first ordered package is shipped.
Please inform the customer center of the order number(s) you would like to combine. We will check the order number and details, and then inform you of the final shipping cost.
Your invoice number will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.
Enter the invoice number on the Shipping Tracking page to view the delivery status directly.

・After the product is shipped, we will inform you of the EMS tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status on the postal service website.
・Delivery may be delayed due to the delivery area, traffic, weather, or other reasons.
・If the package is returned due to a long absence or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs incurred, as well as the shipping cost for resending the package.
Customs Information
All international packages may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees upon delivery within the territory of the receiving country. These costs are not included in the shipping fee estimates. For details, please contact the customs office in your receiving country.
Any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot assist with the payment of these fees or provide any discounts or refunds related to these fees.
Depending on the amount and content of the goods, the customs at the destination may require individual declaration procedures. If you are requested to perform individual declaration procedures by the local customs, please follow the instructions of the customs and proceed with the procedures.
Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
As most of the products we handle are made-to-order, we generally do not accept order cancellations, changes, or returns of delivered products due to customer convenience (such as not being what was expected or ordering by mistake). Please understand this policy before placing your order.
If you receive a different product than you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has quality issues, we will accept returns following the steps below:
Within 3 days of receiving the product, please first contact us at info@drescco.com with attached photos of the product.
After reviewing the photos of the product, we will respond by email.
Please return the wrong or defective product to our distribution center within 10 days of arrival. (We will process the refund of shipping costs using the payment method you used.)
After we receive the returned product, we will send you a replacement.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If the product has been used.
If the delivery note has been lost.
If more than 10 days have passed since the product arrived.
About Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
We will cover the shipping costs only in cases where the product received is different from what was ordered, or if there is damage or quality issues with the product.
