Shoe Size】
All shoe sizes are listed in centimeters.
Please note that there may be individual differences in the feeling of wear depending on the shape and construction of the product. Please consider the size as a guide only.

Home laundering
Hand washable up to 40°C (104°F). Please do not machine wash.
Machine washable on low heat at 30°C or below. Please wash with medieval detergent for fashionable wear.

Do not use bleach, both chlorine and oxygen bleaches.
Drying
Please refrain from tumble drying. Tumble drying refers to drying clothes while rotating them in a cylindrical drum.
It is recommended to hang it on hangers and hang dry in the shade.
Ironing
Ironing can be done at low temperatures (110°C or lower). We recommend ironing as quickly as possible after applying a cloth.
Cleaning
Wet cleaning by weak operation is possible. When sending for cleaning, we recommend that you consult with the cleaning company in advance to avoid any problems.
Please refrain from dry cleaning.
This service is possible only in the DRESS brand category. This is a system in which you select a dress you like and have it tailored to your size for an additional fee. This service is recommended for customers who want to wear a dress that fits their body size exactly.

Please check the items in your cart and enter the following information in the "Notes" field.

International shipping charges are automatically calculated based on EMS rates (weight, destination country/region) and you will be notified automatically at the time of ordering.
In areas where EMS delivery is difficult, EMS Premium is offered separately.
Please note that for EMS Premium delivery, the shipping fee will differ from the regular EMS rates, and we will inform you of the shipping cost via a separate email.
We also accept bundle shipping for additional orders.
Please request bundle shipping before your first ordered package is shipped.

If you are not ordering a single item, but have other items in your order, your order will be shipped on the same day as the items in your order.
If you are not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery company will post a "notice of absence".

We will not accept returns even if the merchandise is defective, if it is returned without notification, or if any of the following applies.
Merchandise made to order in non-standard sizes
・Sale items, special price items, grab bags
・ Merchandise that has been in the box for more than 8 days, including the date of receipt (date of delivery) (If the item is dropped off at a delivery box, the date of delivery will be the date the box is dropped off.)
Merchandise with product tags, labels, etc. detached
・ Merchandise that has been used
・ Merchandise that has smells, stains, scratches, or other defects that have been caused by the customer
In the event of a product return and cancellation, the following amounts will be refunded. The refund method depends on the payment method.

If you receive a different product than you ordered, or if the product is damaged or has quality issues, we will accept returns following the steps below:
Within 3 days of receiving the product, please first contact us at info@drescco.com with attached photos of the product.
After reviewing the photos of the product, we will respond by email.
Please return the wrong or defective product to our distribution center within 10 days of arrival. (We will process the refund of shipping costs using the payment method you used.)
After we receive the returned product, we will send you a replacement.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
If the product has been used.
If the delivery note has been lost.
If more than 10 days have passed since the product arrived.
About Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
We will cover the shipping costs only in cases where the product received is different from what was ordered, or if there is damage or quality issues with the product.
