You can make a reservation directly from the product page you wish to rent. (Products that are available for rental are marked with the "Available for Rental" icon. Items without the icon are not available for rental.)
Delivery dates vary by product, so please plan in advance so that we can be ready for your important event or special occasion.
Delivery of goods
The basic plan available is for 3 nights and 4 days, and we will deliver the items to your desired destination on your desired delivery date. The items will be delivered by Sagawa Express for arrival in the morning of the first day of rental (time can be changed). (It is also possible to change the delivery time.)
On the day of use
The basic plan starts from 3 nights and 4 days and can be extended up to 10 days according to your needs. For the basic plan, we recommend that you pick up your order the day before you plan to wear it.
Returns
No return shipping charges. No cleaning or care is required. Please return the item in the box it was sent in, attach the slip included in the package, and return it via Kuroneko Yamato.

About Reservations
Reservations can be made 3 months prior to the date of use.
We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible, including size confirmation.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Cancellation after reservation is possible up to 4 days prior to the delivery date.
As a general rule, we cannot accept size or product changes after shipment.
Damage and Stains
There is no cleaning fee.
If stains or damage are found that cannot be removed by cleaning, compensation will be charged.
Please see our Rental Policy for details.
Shipping & Handling
The shipping fee is 950 yen for the whole country. (There is no charge for return shipping.)
Please use the enclosed freight collect slip and return the item by Kuroneko Yamato.
Return Policy
Please return the rental equipment on the last day of the rental period, or by 2:00 p.m. on the fourth day of the rental period for the 4-day/3-night basic plan.
Delinquency
A late fee will be charged if the rental is returned after the due date.
A late fee of 100% of the total rental fee will be charged for each night overdue.

Yes, please complete the return procedure by 2:00 p.m. on the last day of your rental.
For example, if you rent the basic plan for 3 nights and 4 days from "July 21 to 24," the last day of the rental period, the 24th, will be the return date.
If you do not return the rental on the return date and the items are not returned to our store, you will be charged a late fee, so please be punctual.

Please return the package in the box in which it was delivered.
As a general rule, we cannot accept changes to another product or size once the product has been received.
However, in some cases, we may be able to ship immediately with an alternative product.
A late fee will be charged.

Please make sure to return the equipment in a timely manner, as this will greatly inconvenience the next guests who have reserved the equipment.
Please make sure that the stained or damaged area does not spread any further and return the item as is.
After return, our staff will check the item, and depending on the condition of the item, we may charge you for repairs.
Also, please note that you will be charged for reimbursement if the item is unusable due to a major tear or stain that cannot be removed even by cleaning.
